Hamada Abdellatif is a Microsoft Innovative Educator Expert (MIE) .He is graduated from Cairo University in Egypt - faculty of Arts English department. In the year 2000, he started work in the field of education. He has great interest in people with disabilities, so in 2007 he moved to work in the field of education for deaf students in Al-Amal school for the Deaf, a part of Sharjah City for Humanitarian Services in Sharjah-UAE.

Hamada Abdellatif has many contributions in the field of learning, especially in learning concerning deaf students, he developed some educational technologies and smart learning programs to help the deaf students get better learning. He participated in the Global Forum for Education in Dubai in 2015 as a main speaker and in his presentation,he talked about how to help the deaf students learn better by using the latest educational technologies and creative learning ways . 

In addition, Hamada Abdellatif won GESS EDUCATION AWARD 2018 in field of Best use of ICT/e learning in the Classroom for his projects that depend on smart learning and using educational technologies in the classroom.

On the other hand, Hamada Abdellatif is a writer in Sharjah cultural magazine as well as a literary critic having published a poetry book and many articles in the field of literary criticism.
