Sania Green-Reynolds

Educator, Author & Consultant

Sania Green-Reynolds is a master educator with 15 years post-training experience in international education. She is a best-selling author and co-author, an Education Professional Development Leader, Mentor and a writer who has contributed to several international publications. Sania serves as a steering committee member on the GCC ASCD board, is a member of the Association of International Educators of Color (AIELOC) and a KDSL Global Fellow Alumna. She has received various awards in education, which speak to her innovative and skilled approach to teaching as well as progressive student learning and success. Sania is co-founder and Author Success Consultant at Lit Education & Publishing LLC., an Author Education and Alternative Publishing company. She holds a 3-year Diploma in English Language and Literature Education, a First-Class Honors Bachelor of Education in Elementary Education, Certificates in TEFL, Supervisory Management and Coaching, and a Masters in Educational Leadership and Administration with honors. She believes in giving back to the global community and this is demonstrated by her work in community improvement and social work in education, which spans from the Caribbean to Africa. Sania is honored to be a Walden University Scholar of Change Awardee. She recently led a team of diaspora members to provide supplementary education via online marathons for Jamaican students in preparation for exit exams amidst the disruptions brought on by COVID19. As an innovation enthusiast and IB PYP educator, Sania’s goal is to help learners, both youth and adults, develop an intrinsic desire to learn, explore, create and understand both their strengths and weaknesses as she creates opportunities that facilitate their overall growth. She believes that it is her duty to develop students holistically so as to become equipped and psychosocially fit 21st Century citizens who are globally competent, internationally-minded, respectful, forward-thinking and well-adjusted.
