Dr. Adham Fayad

Dr. Adham Fayad is an Assistant Professor in the Faculty of Business and Law at De Montfort University Dubai. He joined DMUD in the fall of 2023 after serving as an adjunct faculty member at several universities in the United Arab Emirates, including IMT Dubai, Swiss School of Management, and Metropolitan School of Business. Dr. Fayad teaches courses in Business Management, Marketing, Leadership, and Project Management at both the Undergraduate and Postgraduate levels. His research focuses on Sustainability & Green Practices, Leadership Strategies, and Employee Performance. Before transitioning to academia, Dr. Fayad spent over 17 years in industry, with 10 years of senior managerial experience across various sectors in the MENA region. He has held leadership positions at prominent companies such as Al Ghurair, Al Naboodah, Hoshan Pan Gulf, and Al Fardan. Beyond academia, Dr. Fayad is a business consultant, a turn-around specialist, and a member of the Harvard Business Review advisory council. His expertise lies in driving organizational success through leadership excellence and innovative business solutions.
